These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GleeFull Supplements website (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and availability

All products are offered subject to availability. We may change, limit or discontinue any product, price or promotion at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, packaging and details accurately, but slight variations may occur.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown in euro (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• An order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch.
• We may cancel or refuse an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or a breach of these Terms. Any amount already charged will be refunded in full.

4. Subscriptions

Where you choose a “Subscribe & Save” option, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel or change a subscription at any time before the next billing date via your account or by emailing info.gleefull@gmail.com.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

6. Health disclaimer

Our products are food supplements and are not medicines. Statements about the products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or the European Medicines Agency, and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a medical condition.
